How precisely did evidenture proceed within a client project? The goal of the project was the seamless integration of various company departments within the Order-to-Cash process of a manufacturing company with many plants. In order to deliver, we developed a customer-focused target structure as well as we merged the sales and distribution department with the supply chain management function into a new organisational unit called Customer Service. We defined new roles and responsibilities as well as we developed a new key performance system to measure the department`s achievements at various levels.
